Mother’s Day Wildflower Hike

Celebrate Mother’s Day with a peaceful spring wildflower walk along a scenic bayside trail. Enjoy a leisurely stroll as we admire native blooms like California poppy, lupine, yarrow, and assorted irises. Naturalist Harold Hirsch will share insights into the unique habitats and roles of these seasonal gems. Whether you’re with family or enjoying time on your own, this walk is a lovely way to connect with nature and take in the beauty of spring in full bloom.

Space is limited; registration required. Cancellations notified via email.

Time: 10 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.
Location: Turtle Back parking area
Difficulty: easy 1-mile round-trip hike
Cost: free for FOCC members; $5 donation appreciated for non-members
Ages: 7 and older; under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or responsible adult
