Astronomy Program
Join naturalist Harold Hirsch to explore the resplendent night sky on a dark, moonless night. During this evening program, we will delve into the science of astronomy, and reflect upon the diverse cultural perspectives on how we interpret what we see. No telescopes or technical equipment will be needed for this stargazing experience—just your eyes, and a keen sense of wonder.
“Astronomy compels the soul to look upward and leads us from this world to another.” – Plato
