Children’s Darwin Day Junior Ranger Program
February 11 @ 10:00 am - 12:00 pm
Who doesn’t love a great birthday celebration? Junior Rangers are invited to join us for Darwin Day, a celebration of the birthday of Charles Darwin, born February 12, 1809.
Who was Charles Darwin you ask? Just under 200 years ago Mr. Darwin tried to answer one of the world’s most puzzling questions: Where did all people, animals, and plants come from?
During this event Junior Rangers will learn about Charles’ exciting adventures: sailing around the world, exploring rocks and volcanoes, surviving earthquakes, and seeking out remote islands with mysterious creatures. You will also explore REAL fossils and eat birthday cake of course!
