Full Moon Hike
Celebrate spring from a scenic lookout and witness the Flower Moon rising over the bay. Named for the abundance of blooming flowers in May, this full moon will cast a quiet golden glow over the water. We’ll learn about local wildflowers along the way and listen to the chorus of crickets and frogs. This moderate evening hike is perfect for nature lovers and adventure seekers alike.

Location: China Camp Ranger Station
Difficulty: moderate 3.5-mile round-trip hike with 500-foot ascent
Cost: free to FOCC members; $5 donation appreciated for non-members
Ages: 10 and older; under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or responsible adult
