Junior Ranger Program

Winter is alive!
This program will highlight the awakening of new life as the winter rains and cool temperatures refresh the plant and animal life of China Camp. Junior Rangers will look for new life as wildflowers, grasses, ferns, and trees begin to bud. Discover birds, insects, frogs, newts, and deer. Naturalists/educators Suzanne Mirviss and Paula O’Connell will guide this month’s fun program. Children must be accompanied by a parent or responsible adult.

Time: 10 a.m. – noon
Location: China Camp Village Beach
Ages: ages 7 to 9
Dress in layers for changeable weather. Bring snacks and water.
Space is limited; reservations required.
