         Secrets of the Salt Marsh

Who is Salty, the mouse that lives only in the SF Bay area salt marshes?

On our walk, we’ll learn about Salty and the birds, fish, sharks, crabs and other critters of our exciting and mysterious marsh.

Using our scientific curiosity, we’ll explore the China Camp marsh (be prepared to get your feet wet!).

We’ll discuss things that threaten our marsh and how we can protect it!                

Date: Sunday June 9th

Time: 9:30am – 11am

Location: China Camp Point, 100 China Camp Village Rd., San Rafael

Directions will be provided in email response.

Age: Best for ages 6-10

Bring appropriate hiking clothes and shoes, snacks, sunscreen, a hat, and binoculars (if you have them).
