GUIDED HIKING PROGRAM 

Naturalist Hikes at China Camp

Learn about the abundant wildlife in the area.

See stunning vistas.

Get Outside and exercise by the glittering bay. 

Join us for a guided hike at China Camp, lead by naturalist Harold Hirsch. These weekend hikes range from easy to advanced, from 1.5 to 6 miles. Please wear layers and good hiking shoes. Bring appropriate hiking gear, water, snacks, sunscreen and a hat.

• 9/7 Back Ranch Meadows Entrance Gate– 9:30am: Intermediate, 3 miles, 400 ft elevation gain.
• 9/14 Knight Drive Trailhead-  9:30am:  Intermediate,  3 miles, 100 ft elevation gain. 
• 9/21 Turtleback Trail Hike–  9:30am: Easy,  3 miles, 50 ft elevation gain.
• 9/28 Beechwood Ct. & Heartwood Ct. (to Gold Hill Fire Rd.) 9:30am Challenging, 3 miles 1000 ft elevation gain.

If you are bringing more than 5 people,
