Join us for a morning of mowing, weed whipping, broom pulling, deadfall clearing, and possibly firewood bundling. Lunch and friendly co-workers provided.

Sign up at the CalParks website. Minimum age 14, and anyone under 18 years who attends a Park Champions event must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

Free camping is available the night of Friday, June 8 and Saturday, June 9. Space is very limited, so available to volunteers only.

A section of North San Pedro Road just to the west of Buckeye Point will be FULLY CLOSED to all vehicles, bicycles, and pedestrians Monday mornings – Friday evenings from April 27 to an estimated May 15. The road will reopen to one lane of traffic each Friday at approximately 5:30 p.m., closing again on Mondays at 7 a.m. when construction resumes. For access to the China Camp Village, Weber Point, and Bullhead Flat, enter via Point San Pedro Road from the Southern entrance. For access to Back Ranch Meadows Campground and Miwok Meadows, enter via North San Pedro Road from the Northern entrance.
