May 17 @ 8:00 am - 10:00 am

May is the peak of the spring migration and an exciting time to see songbirds. During this month’s walk, learn to identify birds using color, size, shape, behavior, and habitat; you’ll allso discover tricks to help remember bird calls and songs. We’ll likely spot swallows, spotted towhees, California quail, Western bluebirds, and golden-crowned and white-crowned sparrows. Led by birding expert Jerry Coe, this easy hike is perfect for birders of all levels.
